Use of the Website

You may use the FilgesWear website for lawful shopping and informational purposes.

You must not use the website for fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, disruption of website operations, or any other unlawful purpose.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about our products, including product descriptions, materials, measurements, colors, sizes, and images.

Minor variations may occur between individual garments. Product colors may also appear different depending on your device and screen settings.

Orders

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday through Friday begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, or orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Contact service@filgeswear.shop with your order number as soon as possible.

A cancellation request cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the applicable product pages and at checkout.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout when required.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders.

Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing followed by 3–7 business days for standard delivery.

The estimated total delivery period is 4–10 business days from the start of order processing.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, product images, design elements, and other website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, service interruptions, or other circumstances.
