Refund policy

Return Period

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days after the date the order is delivered.

To request a return, contact service@filgeswear.shop within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage or visible signs of use.

Items should be returned with their original tags, packaging, and included accessories when applicable.

How to Request a Return

Send an email to service@filgeswear.shop within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.

After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because standard shipping is currently free, no original standard shipping charge is deducted from or added to an eligible refund.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact service@filgeswear.shop within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

We will review the information and provide return or replacement instructions when applicable.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received, we will inspect the returned item and process the applicable refund within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we issue the refund, your payment provider or financial institution may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
